These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Conveen’s messaging andAI-powered recommendation Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use the Services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login secure
• The content you choose to share
• Interactions within your groups

Group chat messages are generally visible to others in that group.

We only process content directed to the AI.

3. License to Use the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

You agree not to reverse-engineer or misuse Conveen technology.

4. User Content & Rights

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your content.

4.2 License to Conveen

By submitting content to the AI, you grant Conveen permission to:

• Host and process it
• Display it to your group as needed for recommendations
• Derive de-identified insights for analytics and system improvement

This does not apply to general chats unless they are explicitly sent to the AI.

5. AI Recommendations

AI-generated suggestions are provided based on the data you offer.
We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, venue quality, or safety.

You remain responsible for any decisions you make based on recommendations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm others
• Violate privacy rights or intellectual property
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to Conveen systems

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Some recommendations and features rely on third-party services.

Their terms may apply when you interact with them.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

9. No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of performance, availability, or correctness.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ConveenAI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability will not exceed the greater of:
  
  • The amount you paid in the prior 12 months, or
  • $50 USD

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance.
